Sweet Jersey Corn

Corn is a must-have on the summer barbecue menu and when we visited Ocean City, NJ recently we tasted the famous sweet Jersey corn that seems to be a staple in the region.  Even though it was prepared simply, (on the cob with butter and salt- mmmm...good!)  it got me thinking about all of the creative ways it could be served.  Here are some ideas from Epicurious.com that are on my list to try out- let me know if you have any other interesting twists on fixing this delicious summer food .  Happy cooking!
