Bringing the Ocean Home...

I've always been a water person- love the sound of ocean waves and the scent of salt in the air.  So when summer arrives, it is time to bring out my seashell collection.  Shells of varied shapes, colors and textures fill glass vases throughout our home in June, July and August. 

My collection was made from combing the Carmel beach with my Dad and going to shell shops when I was a little girl. We always came home with at least one new addition to the collection. Now, as an adult, seashells hold such good memories for me.
