Since the summer heat is searing here in the valley, July is the perfect time for growing vegetables and herbs. Rosemary and tarragon are particularly good companions because they both require moderately moist soil and lots of morning sunshine. I planted Tuscan Rosemary here with some French Tarragon and they seem happy together!
