Pink Hyacinth

As the days become longer and the icy ground is warmed by afternoon sun I find hyacinths blooming in our garden.  They come as a surprise this year.  Perhaps a few autumns ago I placed the bulbs beneath the soil and now they are glad to greet the sun at last.  This fragrant pink one appears to be the first of many multicolored blooms.  Enjoy...
